Lemon Jello Salad
Lemon Jello Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. cold water, 1 c. hot water, 1 (no. 303 or no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix jello with water.
When partially set, add pineapple, marshmallows, bananas and nuts.
In saucepan, cook juice, flour, sugar and egg.
When custard is cool, add whipped cream.
