Lemon Gelatin Salad
Lemon Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (no. 2) can pineapple, drained and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cream cheese and mix with electric beater until cheese is completely dissolved.
Add crushed pineapple and blend well.
Pour into mold or square pan and let set.
Dissolve lemon-lime in 1 cup boiling water.
Add marshmallows and juice and mix with mixer until marshmallows are dissolved.
Add pecans and pour over mixture. Place in refrigerator until set.
