Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine the first 4 ingredients together, then add the honey. Mix well.
Refrigerate until it starts to thicken.
Add the milk. Whip well.
Add the Jell-O.
Beat again.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crushed vanilla wafers.
Add wafers on top also.
Let set at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 10 or 12.
