Lazy Steak and Potatoes
Lazy Steak And Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium round steak, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 5 medium potatoes, sliced and 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dip both sides of round steak in flour.
In a large skillet, melt butter, then add round steak.
When both sides of round steak have browned, add 3 cups of water and onion soup mix.
Bring to a boil, then turn down and let simmer.
Add sliced potatoes and let simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste.
