Layered Vegetable Salad
Layered Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head lettuce, shredded, 1 c. diced celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Shred lettuce in bottom of bowl.
Add celery, onion, green pepper and peas in layers.
Spread salad dressing over peas. Sprinkle sugar over dressing.
Sprinkle grated cheese on sugar. Sprinkle top with bacon bits.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Toss just before serving.
