Layered Taco Dip
Layered Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 2 avocados, mashed, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, spread beans over entire bottom. In a small mixing bowl combine lemon juice with mashed avocados; spread over beans.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
Spread over avocados.
Sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
Chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
