Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cloves garlic, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, 16 oz. tomato purée and 1 pt. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook hamburger, sausage and garlic until done. Add tomato purée and simmer 1 hour.
Chill overnight.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, parsley and Ricotta cheese. Chill overnight.
Cook noodles until half done.
Grate Mozzarella cheese.
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan the sauce, noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, cheese and noodles. Repeat.
Cook 1 hour or 45 minutes at 350°.
