Lanette's Chicken Pot Pie
Lanette'S Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pastry shell, 1 whole canned chicken or may boil chicken parts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 or 3 boiled eggs, chopped and vegetables-- cooks preference: english peas, corn, veg-all, leftovers, etc., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Line casserole dish with one of the pastry shells.
Save the other for topping.
Remove bones from chicken.
Sprinkle chicken, chopped eggs, and vegetables throughout dish.
No need to mix.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 can of water.
Pour over chicken mixture.
May need to add more water, depending on how moist you like your pie.
Tear or cut the remaining pastry shell into strips.
Place across top of pie.
If baking in a round dish, place pastry on top but cut vents in shell. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
