Kiwi Cream Tart
Kiwi Cream Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked (9-inch) tart shell, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. lite sour cream and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cool tart shell.
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
Let gelatin soften.
Heat until dissolved.
Stir in sour cream, sugar, flavoring and salt.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
When cooled and slightly thickened, whip cream and fold into mixture. Spoon into prepared tart shell, smooth top.
Refrigerate until set.
Peel fruit.
Cut lengthwise into thin slices.
Arrange on top and garnish with grapes.
