Kev's Famous Double Meat Chili
Kev'S Famous Double Meat Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 3/4 lb. ground chuck, 1 3/4 lb. sirloin or round steak, 1 huge onion, 5 c. garlic and 1 medium green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In 2 pans brown and drain the meat.
Cube sirloin first.
In a large pot over low flame, combine chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic.
Add meat, spices, beer and tomatoes.
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until thick.
Add beans for 20 minutes to warm them and serve.
