Mix sugar, cinnamon and pecans together.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour 1/3 of batter in pan. Sprinkle sugar mixture (1/3) over batter.
Repeat 2 more times. Bake 60 to 65 minutes in a 300° to 325° oven.
Remove from pan.
