Jessica's Rice Pilaf
Jessica'S Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice, 1/4 c. fresh finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a 10-inch skillet, cook rice and onion in butter until rice is golden, stirring often.
Add chicken broth, water and salt. Bring up to a boil.
Reduce heat.
