Jean's Taco Salad
Jean'S Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cream cheese (1 light and 1 regular), 8 oz. taco sauce (mild or medium), 8 oz. shredded mexican cheese, 8 oz. shredded taco cheese and lettuce (iceberg or boston or mix platter), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat together cream cheese with milk.
Smear on bottom of a good size platter.
Cover with taco sauce.
Chop tomatoes very fine; squeeze excess juice from tomatoes.
Spread tomatoes on top of salsa.
Spread all of taco cheese, then sprinkle the Velveeta Mexican shredded cheese.
Mix evenly.
Shred lettuce on top 1/4 inch thick.
Serve with tortilla chips.
