Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 lb. shrimp (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter or margarine until tender.
In separate pan, brown Italian sausage.
In separate pan boil shrimp.
In separate pan prepare rice.
Add to vegetables the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Add cooked rice, sausage and shrimp to tomato mixture.
Season to taste.
