Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 c. chopped green onion tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions, celery, green peppers and onion tops.
Add ham and sausage.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add rest except shrimp.
Cover pan and cook.
Season shrimp with Creole seasoning, black pepper and garlic powder.
Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes more.
Serve over cooked rice.
