Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot breakfast sausage, 1 pkg. smoked sausage, split long roll and chop, 2 small boneless chicken breasts, cut up, 1/2 green bell pepper (depending on taste) and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meats together in skillet, starting with sausage.
Add garlic, black pepper and poultry seasoning.
Remove from skillet, leaving grease.
Add diced pepper and onion.
Cook until it starts getting tender.
Add Creole seasoning and poultry seasoning and stir in hot sauce to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in uncooked rice, coating with grease mixture.
