Italian Soup
Italian Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 2 c. (1/4-inch slices) celery, 1 c. chopped sweet onion, 2 (28 oz.) cans italian style tomatoes and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove casing from sausage and brown in kettle.
Drain off fat, breaking with spoon.
Add celery and onion and cook 10 minutes. Add other ingredients except zucchini and peppers.
Simmer covered 20 minutes.
Now add peppers and zucchini and cook covered 10 minutes.
Do not add water.
