Italian Breaded Round Steak
Italian Breaded Round Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with round steak, egg, milk, bread crumbs and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Take round steak, put in egg and milk mixture and let soak for a while.
Put bread crumbs on paper or plate.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Put cut pieces of steak into bread crumb mixture, about one teaspoon each of seasoning.
After breading, let dry for 15 minutes.
Heat skillet; add 1/4 cup of oil to hot pan.
Cook on medium until preferred doneness.
