Individual Pizza Rounds
Individual Pizza Rounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 4 pita bread rounds, whole wheat, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. pepperoni, thinly sliced and 1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
To make a thin crust for pizza, separate each pita into two round pizza crusts.
For a thicker crust, use 1 whole pita bread. Place bread, hollow side up, on baking sheet.
Spread equal amounts of green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms or any of your favorite pizza ingredients.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
