Impressive Jello Salad
Impressive Jello Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cherry jello (small), 1 pkg. strawberry jello (small), 2 c. boiling hot water, 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows and 3 bananas or 4, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix well cherry jello, strawberry jello and hot water.
Mix marshmallows, bananas, pineapple and nuts all up.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Cook the following on top of stove until thick but do not boil: sugar, juice from pineapple, eggs, flour and cream cheese.
Stir constantly.
Spread over refrigerated jello evenly. Refrigerate.
Let cool.
On top spread Cool Whip.
Top with coconut.
