Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. stew meat, 1 onion, chopped, salt, pepper and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil in large pan.
Add beef cubes, brown them on all sides, stirring every couple of minutes.
Add 1 onion, chopped. Continue browning meat-onion mixture for a minute or so.
Sprinkle flour on mix, stirring constantly, adding water slowly to prevent clumping of flour.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Sauce should be spicy.
Simmer slowly for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles or rice with a salad.
