Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown the beef.
Add onion soup mix and paprika, blended with tomatoes.
Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Stir in flour and salt, blended with water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Garnish with parsley.
