Hummus
Hummus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. sesame seed, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In small skillet, gently shake sesame seed over low heat 5 minutes just until golden brown.
In food processor, puree toasted sesame seed, garlic, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup oil until smooth. Add chickpeas, lemon juice and remaining 1/4 cup oil.
Process until smooth.
Stir in parsley.
Serve with pita bread.
