Hummus
Hummus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can chick-peas, 3 garlic cloves, juice 1 lemon, 1/2 c. tahini and 2 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put first 4 ingredients in food processor.
When it's like a spread, taste it and add salt and pepper.
Add 1/4 cup water to the spread; taste again, add tahini.
Serve the Humus on a plate.
Put olive oil in the middle, paprika and a leaf of parsley for decoration.
Dip pieces of pita bread in Humus.
