Hot Taco Dip
Hot Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. shredded cheese (monterey jack or cheddar), 1 can refried beans, 1 bag tortilla chips and 1 1/2 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add refried beans and salsa. Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with tortilla chips.
Pour in beef, beans and salsa mixture, top with cheese and broken up tortilla chips.
Bake in 300Β° oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
