Hot Pasta Salad Vinaigrette
Hot Pasta Salad Vinaigrette is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 medium ribs celery, sliced, 1 medium onion, diced and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Add celery, onion and garlic.
Cook about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cook shells in boiling water according to package directions.
When vegetables are ready, add 1/4 cup olive oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, oregano and basil. Bring to boil, stirring until blended.
Remove from heat.
Drain shells.
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 2 to 3 main dishes or 4 to 6 side dish servings.
