Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked, or ham, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. best foods mayonnaise, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. chopped celery (raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, eggs, onion and soup and put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan (not metal). Before baking, top with the following in the order as given: almonds, Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400° or for 45 minutes at 350°.
