Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
Homemade Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned, 1 small can garden peas, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 4 or 5 potatoes, cubed and boiled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook chicken and debone.
Mix mushroom soup and celery soup in casserole dish.
Cut up chicken and add to mixture.
Add garden peas, cooked potatoes and cooked carrots.
Add enough chicken broth to make soupy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix self-rising flour and mayonnaise.
Add enough milk to make soupy.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 325Β° until brown on top and hot and bubbly. Tastes great!
