Holiday Fruit Salad
Holiday Fruit Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped, oranges, peeled and sectioned, large apple, cored and chopped (unpeeled) and banana, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine egg yolk, sugar, vinegar and butter in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Remove from heat; add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Cool.
Stir in whipped topping.
Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently until well coated. Yield: servings.
