Holiday Delight Cheese Cake(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. melted margarine, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. healthy choice fat-free cream cheese, soft and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350°.
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
Mix well.
Pat into bottom of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light, fluffy and smooth.
Gradually add lemon juice and egg product; beat well.
Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Pour over prepared crust.
Loosely place foil over spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until center of cake is set. Gently run tip of knife between cake and edge of pan.
Cool to room temperature before removing from pan.
Chill.
Top with Reddi-Wip or fruit pie filling.
Has 4 grams of fat per serving.
