Hobo Stew(As Served In The Hobo Jungles) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 nail (any size), 1 cut up chicken, 1 cut up rabbit, 1 lb. cubed beef and carrots, onions and potatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a pot, put the nail, vegetables (except garlic) and meat. Cover entire mix with beef or chicken stock and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve stock.
Add garlic and Tabasco sauce.
Remove nail and make a roux.
Add the stock over the meat and vegetables and bake for 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes (not done in jungle).
Serve on a hot plate.
