Hearty Hamburger Bake
Hearty Hamburger Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/3 c.), 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in seasonings, beans and soup.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Prepare Potato Buds as directed on package.
Spoon potatoes onto meat mixture in 4 mounds.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
