Hawaiian Roast Bacon
Hawaiian Roast Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. canadian style bacon, 1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. honey, 1 tsp. ginger and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

If necessary, remove casing from bacon.
Place bacon, fat side up, in ungreased baking dish.
Stir together pineapple (with syrup), honey, ginger and water.
Pour over bacon.
Roast, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
