Harry'S Barbecue Pork Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes lipton tomato cup-a-soup, 1/2 c. italian salad dressing, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, combine soup mixes, salad dressing and vinegar. Gradually stir in water. Add remaining ingredients except steaks. Bring mixture to boil and let simmer 10 minutes.
Marinate steaks overnight for better taste.
Broil over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes; turn and baste with sauce and broil additional 10 to 12 minutes longer.
Baste both sides before removing.
