Hamburger Stroganoff
Hamburger Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. lean ground meat, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown meat and onion and drain well.
Mix in soups and seasonings.
Simmer for about 30 minutes, covered.
(I use electric skillet.)
Cook enough spaghetti or noodles to feed your family.
A few minutes before serving, stir sour cream into meat sauce and heat through; do not boil.
Serve sauce over pasta.
