Hamburger Hash Browns
Hamburger Hash Browns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. frozen hash browns, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread hash browns in pan.
Sprinkle salt, then brown hamburger, onions, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle corn and hamburger over potatoes.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Pour over.
Place at least 6 slices of Velveeta or more to cover.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°. Remove foil and spread French fried onions on top.
Turn off oven and heat 15 minutes.
