Ham Wraparounds
Ham Wraparounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 stalks asparagus, cooked, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook fresh asparagus in 1-quart casserole dish in boiling salted water until tender, 9 to 10 minutes.
(Canned asparagus may be used.)
Melt butter in 1-quart casserole; stir in flour.
Add milk; cook until thick.
Stir every 30 seconds.
Beat egg yolks and stir into flour and milk mixture.
Add seasoning.
Wrap 3 stalks of asparagus in each slice of ham.
Lay bundles in glass utility dish and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook with microwave for 4 1/2 minutes.
Serve on toast. Recipe yields 4 servings.
