In medium-sized bowl, mix oats, egg and water.
Add onion, celery, parsley flakes and thyme.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 turkey and mix.
Add remaining half and mix well.
Form into loaf and place in a shallow baking pan, greased with a few drops of cooking oil. (Grease nonstick pan also.) Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
