Made with 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. minced fresh herbs (parsley, thyme and cilantro), 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 3 large cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix in shrimp. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Prepare barbecue to medium-high. Thread shrimp on skewers.
Grill until just opaque, about 2 minutes per side.
Arrange skewers on platter.
