Grilled Fish Oriental
Grilled Fish Oriental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 lb. fillets (snapper, mahimahi or ahi), 2 cloves garlic, pressed, 1 1/2 tbsp. minced ginger root or 2 tbsp. powdered, 1 1/2 tbsp. oil and 2 tbsp. rice vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine pressed garlic, ginger, oil, rice vinegar and shoyu in a small bowl.
Place fish in a nonreactive container.
Pour sauce over.
Let fish stand for 20 minutes.
Grill or broil fish, basting frequently.
