Green Salsa
Green Salsa is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. tomatillas, 7 serrano chilies, 1/2 c. onion, sliced, 1/2 c. cilantro and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put tomatillas and chilies in saucepan.
Add about 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Boil, covered, until tomatillas and chilies are tender.
Drain.
Place in blender with sliced onions and cilantro.
Blend until pureed.
Salt to taste.
