Green Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef chuck or round, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 clove garlic, 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground and 1/4 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut beef across grain into thin strips.
Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Add beef, toss and set aside.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add beef and toss over high heat until browned. Add vegetables.

Mix cornstarch with water.
Add to pan, stir and cook until thickened.
