Green Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bell pepper, cut into strips, 3 tomatoes, chopped, 2 c. water, 1 onion, chopped and 1/2 c. lite soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large saucepan, combine green pepper, onion, tomatoes, soy sauce, water and pieces of steak.
Bring to a rolling boil and turn down to low heat.
Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Can also be cooked in crock-pot.
Serve over rice.
