Green Chilies And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice (do not use minute rice), 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook rice according to package directions.
When done, stir in sour cream.
1/2 rice mixture, green chilies, 1/2 cheese in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
