Green Chili Casserole
Green Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 soup can fresh milk, 4 oz. can chopped green chilies and 6 green onions and tops, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown ground beef; season to taste.
In separate bowl, mix soup, chopped chilies, onions and milk.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer uncooked tortillas, browned beef, grated cheese and soup mixture until all is used.
Top with grated cheese.
