Greek Roasted Chicken
Greek Roasted Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roasting chicken (6 lb.), salt and pepper to taste, 3 tsp. dried oregano, divided, 3/4 c. chicken broth and 4 to 6 peeled, quartered potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place chicken on a rack in roasting pan.
Season with salt and pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano.
Arrange potatoes around chicken; sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
