Greek Easter Cookies
Greek Easter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 4 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter with Crisco.
Add sugar gradually.
Mix egg yolk and vanilla; add to mixture.
Add the evaporated milk.
Beat the egg whites to form a stiff peak.
Add to mixture.
Add in flour and baking powder a little at a time using your hands and knead together.
Let set for 1 hour.
Roll out dough into long strips and twist into braided shape.
Brush tops with beaten egg before baking and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Preheat oven to 350Β° and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
