Grandma's Baked Potatoes
Grandma'S Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 potatoes (golf ball size or cut big ones in half), 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. or more flour (for dredging) and 1/2 tsp. onion salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel potatoes; boil in salty water until tender.
Melt butter in 10 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
Drain potatoes; save some of water.
Pepper potatoes to taste.
Roll in flour and place in baking pan.
Roll potatoes in butter to coat all sides.
Bake at 350Β°, turning every little bit to brown on all sides.
When brown, remove from oven and serve.
