Blend cake mix, 2 eggs and butter.
Place in a large ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix cheese, vanilla, 2 eggs and powdered sugar (save 2 tablespoons). Pour mixture on top of the first layer. Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
Then sprinkle nuts and remaining powdered sugar.
Bake an additional 25 minutes.
