Ginny's Delicious Carrot Cake
Ginny'S Delicious Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, sift then measure, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Blend dry ingredients in large bowl, then add oil.
After mixing, gradually add eggs, carrots, nuts and raisins.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour, then spring test with a gentle touch (this is a heavy, moist cake).
Let cool 15 minutes before inverting pan to remove.
When cool, sift confectioners sugar over top or frost with
Cream Cheese Frosting.
